Upload the PDFs, name the parties, and each one receives their own signing link. Everyone signs the same set of documents.

Export from Word as PDF and upload that, so the layout is exactly what gets signed. Select more than one file to send them together.

Each document must carry the standard signature block, with one Signature line per party side by side. That is how the signatures are placed. A document without one line per party is refused rather than signed in the wrong place.
